Which payment methods you get depends on where you live: the full list for your country is on the Sportaza payments page.

How long withdrawals take

The short answer: up to 3 business days, as long as your account checks are done.

The longer answer: our payments team works Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT. So if you ask for a withdrawal on Friday evening, it’s handled from Monday. You can have up to 3 withdrawals pending at once.

Why is my withdrawal still pending?

A withdrawal usually stays pending for one of these reasons:

  • It’s still within the 3 business days, or you asked over the weekend, when payments aren’t handled.
  • We need to check your documents first. Here’s how verification works.
  • You already have 3 withdrawals pending.

Still waiting after 3 business days, with no request for documents? Ask in live chat and we’ll look into it.
